is a reminder to express not only good times.

I’m counting 4 years of depression, struggling with pay, oversmoking dope, beeing unemployed, self doubt, lack of communication, being afraid to hurt, social anxiety, fear of losing loved ones, thinking that making music cures everything, avoidance and at the peak of it ending up in toxic behavioral patterns.

I also want to motivate more men to go to therapy, speak up about unpleasant emos ..
cause to me not knowing any male in therapy was keeping me from seeking for professional help.
now it’s time to get my ass in therapy, before I end up not beeing able to do what I love the most.

I wanna deeply thank my love and only juma for motivating me to grab the mic again. you have been my muse to work on this album, express my inner flaws and giving me light to heal.
and I wanna thank my friends and family, who have been listening to me when i needed them the most.

thanks to everyone who’s listening, believing in me as musician.
I don’t know if I made it to this day without music, without you acknowledging it.
